Jeanelle Ignacio MSN Ed, RN, CCRN

CEO & Owner

Jeanelle Ignacio is the CEO of The Press Company, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and Small Business based in Pomona, California, known for its creative, high-quality custom graduation stoles and branded merchandise for universities, corporations, and community events.

A seasoned healthcare professional, Jeanelle began her career as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and served as the Critical Care Educator at Keck Hospital of USC, where she played a pivotal role in opening the hospital’s Abdominal Organ Transplant ICU. She later transitioned into the medical device industry as a Therapy Development Specialist in CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), supporting the implementation of advanced dialysis therapies in ICU settings.

Her passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharing led her to work as a nurse educator, consultant, and speaker, eventually launching a nursing education business and contributing to the development of clinical training programs. Jeanelle also helped launch a hospice care startup, demonstrating her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered innovation in healthcare.

Beyond her success in healthcare and entrepreneurship, Jeanelle has a deep commitment to community impact—locally and globally. She previously served as the CEO of the PUPIL Foundation, a nonprofit based in Pomona dedicated to educational empowerment and leadership development for underserved youth. Inspired by her Filipino heritage, The Press is actively working toward sponsoring multiple children in the Philippines through Compassion International, reflecting their belief in giving back across borders.

At The Press Company, Jeanelle fuses her diverse experiences to lead a purpose-driven, people-first business. Her company has become a trusted vendor for institutions across California—from Cal State campuses and Greek organizations to public initiatives like the Foothill Gold Line Dedication, where her team was honored to produce commemorative merchandise.

Jeanelle is deeply rooted in the community she serves and driven by a mission to celebrate identity, achievement, and purpose through custom design and socially responsible business practices. Her leadership continues to inspire creativity, integrity, and meaningful connections on both a personal and professional level.
