A: Yes! You can upload your design directly on the product page or send it to us after placing your order. We’ll also send a mockup before production.

Q: What file formats do you accept for logos and designs?
A: We recommend high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector files (AI, SVG, or PDF). For embroidery, we may convert it to a DST format.

Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already started.
